Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Build and scale the core PaidLens platform — from data ingestion pipelines to user-facing dashboards. You will own features end-to-end and work directly with the founder to shape the product.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain features across the full Next.js + TypeScript stack
- Architect and optimize PostgreSQL data models for multi-tenant SaaS
- Build robust REST and GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption
- Integrate with third-party platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Anaplan, Workday, ADP)
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant data isolation
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code with meaningful PR reviews
- Participate in code review and mentor junior engineers as the team grows
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js (App Router)
- Strong PostgreSQL experience including query optimization and schema design
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs; GraphQL is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data security principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
Nice to have
- Experience with commission or compensation management systems
- Familiarity with Anaplan, Salesforce, or ERP integrations
- Open-source contributions or side projects in fintech/HR tech
